FAQ'S
Andrew spent part of his childhood in Texas and later moved to Utah, where he finished junior high and high school at Box Elder in Brigham City. A lifelong athlete, he competed in wrestling, lacrosse, cross country, and football, experiences that shaped his work ethic and discipline.
After high school, Andrew worked on commercial fishing boats in Alaska, then served as a missionary in Bogotá, Colombia, becoming fluent in Spanish and developing a deep appreciation for service and community. He later began his career in sales, starting with door-to-door work at Vivint. While he enjoyed connecting people with products he believed in, he quickly learned he wanted no part of pushy, short-term sales tactics.
In 2020, while studying physics and Spanish at Weber State University, Andrew decided to fully commit to building his Medicare insurance practice, focusing on education, trust, and long-term relationships. After establishing a strong client base, he earned his real estate license in 2021, bringing the same client-first approach into real estate.
Today, Andrew’s business is built around himself as the service—not transactions, but relationships. He focuses on creating win-win outcomes for clients, referral partners, and his own team. His foundation isn’t quick wins, but long-term trust, referrals, and genuine connection.

Absolutely, but you can also end up spending more if you don't understand how commissions are negotiated. Here is what most agents won't tell you- It really comes down to if you're buying or selling, and if the other party in the contract has a preexisting agreement to pay an agent. Often times, when a home is listed with an agent the sellers have already agreed on a fee for the buyer's agent, and if there is no buyer's agent the listing agent often times just gets double the commission- leaving the buyer no savings, extra work, and no professional representation in that case. Listing agreements are private contracts, so if you're trying to buy without an agent to save money, you'll need the listing agent to disclose their agreement to you so you can properly negotiate the fees down to ensure savings.
